Exchange Policy:

We are happy to offer one free exchange per order, and offer both standard and instant exchanges. With a standard exchange, your new item will ship once the original item is returned back to us. With an instant exchange your new item will ship within 24 business hours, after putting down a $1 refundable deposit. For both exchange options, a pre-paid label is provided. Please visit our portal here.

Please note final sale items are non-returnable and not exchangeable.


Return Policy:

We are happy to honor a return within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. Start your return here and follow the instructions to receive a pre-paid returns label to send back your item(s).

All returns to the original form of payment or store credit process for 5 days upon delivery back to us.

Please note final sale items are non-returnable, and sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. All products must be returned with their original packaging, with accessories and dust bags. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered in any way. Original shipping cost are non refundable. Store credit is unable to be converted into a refund once issued.

International Exchanges & Returns:

We are happy to honor a return within 14 days of delivery. Please note original shipping fees, duties, & taxes are non-refundable and we are unable to provide a returns label for your item(s). At this time we are unable to offer international exchanges. We would recommend setting up a return for store credit or refund and placing a new order.
